Manzano pepper means “apple pepper” due to its shape similar to an apple. This pepper is so tasty, it is the kind used to make a delicious salsa. Its qualities are undeniable, it poses strong sharp spicy flavors. This pepper has a color that captivates, its firm flesh reflects freshness and has just the right amount of sweetness similar to bell peppers. All in all, this pepper has huge potentials to make an award winning salsa, its that good!

Manzano Salsa Recipes
1st sautéed salsa ingredients
10 oz roma, tomatoes
1/4 medium yellow, onion
6 oz tomatillos, peeled and rinsed
2 garlic cloves + 1 small raw garlic clove at blending time
1 (2oz) Manzano pepper
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup water
2 TBSP Olive or avocado oil
2nd roasted salsa ingredients
10 oz roma, tomatoes
1/4 medium yellow, onion
6 oz tomatillos, peeled and rinsed
2 garlic cloves + 1 small raw garlic clove at blending time
1 (2oz) Manzano pepper
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
NO WATER
