Hi everyone! This is a real miniature egg, it's edible and you can try this recipe in a normal serving. Cooked eggs swaddled in sausage meat, then breaded and fried. Hope you like it. Have a great day!
Ingredients
2 Miniature eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Minced meat
Green onion
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Garlic and onion powder.

Preparation:
Step 1
Place 2 miniature eggs in a small saucepan; add cold water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Transfer mini eggs to an ice water bath. Gently crack shells and carefully peel under.
Do Ahead: Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep chilled.
Step 2
Place flour in a wide shallow bowl and bread crumbs in another wide shallow bowl, beaten egg or egg wash in another bowl, Cut green onion add into minced meat, pepper, salt paprika, onion and garlic powder mix it well. Pat 1 portion of minced meat into a thin patty over the length of your palm. Lay 1 soft-boiled egg on top of minced meat and wrap meat around egg, sealing to completely enclose. Repeat with remaining meat and eggs.
Step 3
Whisk 1 egg in a medium bowl to blend. Working gently with 1 meat-wrapped egg at a time, dip eggs into flour, shaking off excess, then coat in egg wash. Roll in corn bread crumbs to coat.
Step 4
Pour in oil to sauce pan or frying pan and heat over medium heat. Fry eggs, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through and breading is golden brown and crisp. Use a slotted spoon to transfer eggs to paper towels to drain. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Serve warm with mustard.
