Hello everyone! Today we are going to cook Stir fry tofu with egg, this is one of the most favorite dish in ASIA.

Stir Fry Tofu with Vegetables is a good tofu dish to prepare for your family. It is easy to cook and delicious. It is also rich in protein. This dish is perfect when eaten with a cup of warm white rice.
Ingredients
tofu
carrot
bell pepper
onion
cornstarch diluted in water
vegetable oil
soy sauce or oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a pan and pour-in cooking oil.
Deep fry the tofu until medium brown. Set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion.
Add the fried tofu and stir-fry.
Add all the vegetable and stir fry.
Put-in oyster sauce, salt, and pepper.
Add cornstarch and water whisk. Pour-in, cook until the sauce thickens.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Serve. Share and enjoy!
