Spicy Chicken Wing Tips

INGREDIENTS:

chicken wing tips
rice wine
fish sauce
minced garlic
minced chilli
cooking oil

PROCEDURE:

1. Clean the chicken wing tips.Fry in a wok with no oil until it changes its color.
2. Add 2tbsp of cooking oil and putthe minced garlic and chilli then pour the rice wine ( 1tbsp). Stir fry for 2 mins then add water until
it covers the wing tips.Cook until the sauce is absorbed the wing tips.
3. Serve with rice.
