Ingredients:
A can of Braised abalone
5 Dried scallops
80g dried Shiitake mushroom
28g Fish maw
7 to 8 clove of garlic and 2 shallots
Ginger about 30g
Broccoli
230g Pork belly
200g Sea cucumber
10g Nostoc flagelliforme

Sauce:
250ml to 300ml water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Soaked dried scallops water
Half teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp Shaoxin wine
Final seasoning: some light soy sauce, half tbsp Shaoxin wine and dash of white pepper

5粒干贝
80克冬菇
28克鱼鳔
7到8粒蒜和两粒小葱
姜片30克
西兰花一朵
230克五花肉
200克海参


酱汁:
250到300 毫升的水
两汤匙酱油
两汤匙绍兴酒
泡过干贝的水
半茶匙盐
2汤匙蚝油
最后调味: 少许酱油,半汤匙绍兴酒和少许胡椒粉
