Leave it in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the recipe. 2️⃣ Chop the onion and sauté it, over medium heat, with about 4 tablespoons of olive oil, in a wide and high frying pan. When it is poached, add the chard in batches. When you see that they have reduced their volume, season them with salt and pepper and add the marjoram or oregano. Continue cooking until you see that the water has evaporated. 3️⃣ Let them cool in a strainer to remove any liquid they may still have. 4️⃣ When cool, chop the chard with a knife. 5️⃣ Put them in a bowl, together with the drained cheese and the two eggs. Mix very well with the hand so that everything is very well blended. Then add the grated cheese. 6️⃣ Unroll one of the doughs and roll it out with a rolling pin to 33-34 cm in diameter (12.9-13.3 in). Place it with the bottom paper inside the mold. 7️⃣ Gradually pour in the chard and cheese filling and spread it evenly. Make holes all the way to the bottom with a spoon and insert the 5 boiled eggs. 8️⃣ Cut the other roll of dough into a circle of 24 cm (9.4 in) in diameter, I used a lid to do it, you can also use a plate. Place it covering the top. Close the edges inwards. You can use the leftover dough to decorate it, I have placed two crossed strips. 9️⃣ Prick the surface with a toothpick and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180 ºC ( 350 ºF), heat up and down, for 1 hour (otherwise the bottom crust will be raw). Cover the cake with aluminum foil when you see that it is golden brown. Let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding. Enjoy both hot and cold. 👌 Notes: 🥧If you don't have parmesan or grana padano cheese, you can use an aged cheese of your choice. 🥧Italians use marjoram, but, as it is not very common in our supermarkets, oregano is a good substitute. 🥧There are versions in which, instead of placing the cooked eggs, they make the holes and place the raw eggs inside (without shells) so that they are done during baking. 🥧You can use puff pastry dough, filo dough or prepare an
