Brisket burgers with Candied Jalapeño
Brisket burgers with Candied Jalapeño Relish
I'm nearly disappointed that it took me this long to come up with this recipe. I combine candied jalapenos with both sweet gherkins and some dill pickles for balance.
I also use the #JustKeepFlipping method to cook the burgers directly over charcoal for a perfect crust.
Combined with @HEB 's prime brisket burger, you KNOW it's gonna be tasty.
