Phaco of a Grade Six ROCK Hard cataract by Oertli Catarex 3 - P Mohanta

Centurion or Infinity from Alcon is the first choice to manage such cases. But we can manage such cases nicely with Oertli Catarex 3 without any burn of the main incision. I have used Viscoat in this case. I take  financial help from neither Oertli nor Alcon.
