Hard Cataract Phaco with Faros, Oertli : Pradip Mohanta, Dec 8, 2018

This surgery has been done with the demo machine, Faros of Oertli. Everything was just like Oertli Catarex 3. But Faros has complete posterior vitrectomy facility with endoillumination. The vitrectomy is by peristaltic pump. I used the vitrectomy for a subluxated cataract today. It was superb.
