2.5  pounds imitation crab meat
1 onion Finley chopped
5-6 stalks of celery chopped
Dash of black pepper to taste
Dash of salt to taste, not too much since meat is already salty
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of regular cooking oil or olive oil
1 cup of Mayo
Dill dried or fresh to garnish
