Add a handful each of the green onions, celery and yellow onion. Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste. Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving top the salad with the seasoning of your CHOICE: Old bay, cajun seasoning, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, or paprika.
