Canning Homegrown Fruit Jelly | Orange & Lilikoi | CANUARY 2024 | Hamakua Homestead #canuary

Canning jelly is so easy and fun! In this video, I am teaching you how to can orange jelly and how to can lilikoi jelly (AKA How to can passion fruit jelly). Waterbath canning jelly is rewarding and delicious!

Orange Jelly:
4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
3 tbsp powdered pectin
1/2 tsp butter
2 tbsp store bought lemon juice
3 cups sugar

Lilikoi Jelly:
4 cups lilikoi juice
57 grams powdered pectin
2 tbsp store bought lemon juice
4-1/2 cups sugar
