If you have tofu and tuna at home, try this delicious rice thief~ Tofu and tuna dish~!

Ingredients
1 tofu, 200 g can of tuna, drained, 1 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 green and red peppers, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon plum juice, 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons tuna liquid, 2.5 tablespoons coarse red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 teaspoon black pepper flakes, 1/2 tablespoon gochujang

Recipe
1. Roughly chop 1 green onion and 2 green chiles. Slice 1/2 of the onion. Cut 1 tofu into bite-sized pieces. Drain the oil from a 200 g can of tuna.
2. Make a marinade by combining 2.5 tablespoons red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon black pepper flakes, 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons tuna flakes, 2 tablespoons mirin, 1 tablespoon plum juice, and 1/2 tablespoon gochujang and mix well.
3. Add the cut tofu, scallions, onion, green chiles, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
4. add 200 grams of tuna, drained of oil, add enough water to cover the tofu and add the marinade.
5. Turn the heat to medium-high, bring to a gentle boil, and simmer until the broth is thick.
