Trifles in cups are popular portioned biscuit and cream desserts. A delicious Snickers trifle dessert is a chocolate biscuit, homemade salted caramel with peanuts and cream cheese on cream. It turns out very tasty and not difficult! This amount will make 12 cups of trifle (glass volume 180 ml).

BISCUIT:
- 130g flour;
- 30g cocoa;
- 120g of sugar;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1/2 tsp soda;
- 75g of milk;
- 30g butter;
- 30g sunflower oil;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tsp of vinegar.

1. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, soda, vanillin and mix.
2. Add milk, melted butter, vegetable oil, egg and mix. Add vinegar and beat well so that no lumps remain.
3. Put on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment. Level and bake at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes.

CARAMEL:
- 75g of sugar;
- 80g of hot cream (33-35%);
- 25g of water (3 tbsp.l);
- 20g of cold butter;
- 1/3 tsp salt;
- 90g roasted peanuts.

1. Pour sugar into a saucepan, add water and put on medium heat. Do not touch the sugar and do not stir it, otherwise it will crystallize!!!
2. When the sugar begins to change color, turns brown (amber), reduce the heat to a minimum and add cold butter, mix. Then pour in the hot cream in a thin stream, but be careful, the mass may rise. Stir and remove from heat. Caramel should not be too dark - otherwise it will be bitter, it should be like in my video or lighter.
3. Pour the caramel into a cup, add salt and
stir. Add roasted and crushed peanuts, stir. The cooled caramel will be quite thick and will not run.

CREAM:
- 400g cream cheese;
- 200g cream 33-35%;
- 80g of powdered sugar;
- 5g vanilla.

1. All ingredients must be cold before whipping. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and beat until thick. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag. ⠀⠀
2. Collect the trifle in a glass: biscuit - cream - biscuit - cream (thin layer) - caramel - cream (thin layer) - biscuit and decor. Of course, you can collect in any order, everything you want. Let the dessert cool and soak a little, about 4-6 hours in the refrigerator, so that it tastes, soaks and stabilizes. All is ready! Bon appetit!
