20 g cornstarch
150 ml cold 33% cream
vanilla to taste
pinch of salt
✨Caramel:
100 g white sugar
100 g hot 33% cream
30 g 82.5% butter
pinch of salt
✨Chocolate ganache:
80 g dark chocolate
120 g hot 33% cream
✨Cream topping:
Option 1:
100 g base cream
100 g cream cheese
40 g dark chocolate ganache
+ cocoa for taste (optional)
Option 2:
150 g base cream
60 g butter
40 g dark chocolate ganache
15 g cocoa powder
Option 3:
200 g cream cheese
40 g dark chocolate ganache
30-40 g powdered sugar

80 g peanuts (crushed)
