Ingredients:

3颗鸡蛋 55g左右
低筋面粉45g
牛奶 50ml
植物油 30ml
细砂糖 35g
抹茶粉 5g
玉米淀粉 1.5g
少许柠檬汁

鲜奶油 250 + 炼乳 20g
鲜奶油 350 + 炼乳 30g
抹茶粉10g

模具: 6英寸 圆形(直径15cm)
烘烤温度和时间:140℃(285℉) 烤箱上下火烤制50分钟

Low gluten flour 45g
Milk 50ml
Vegetable oil 30ml
Caster sugar 35g
Matcha powder 5g
Cornstarch 1.5g
lemon juice

Whipping cream 250g + Condensed Milk 20g
Whipping cream 350g + Condensed Milk 30g
Matcha powder 10g

Baking time & temperature:
Bake in a preheated oven at 140℃(285℉)for 50 minutes ( Top & bottom heat)
Mold size: round pan 15cm
