perfect "CONDENSED MILK" cinnamon rolls recipe

how to make a sweet condensed milk topped cinnamon bread ? find out inside the original recipe from Saudi baker's.
✔︎ Ingredients
1 cup Fresh milk
1 whole Egg
1/4 cup sugar
2 & half All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp butter
1tsp vanilla

Cinnamon mixture
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tbsp cinnamon power

Topping
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Baking time: 15 mins @ 150C
Please check your actual bread texture when baking coz time & temp may vary with oven specification
