40 secs of work followed by 20 secs of rest. Perform each exercise 2x.

No equipment is needed for this workout.

The workout is as follows:

Lateral lunge Shuffle
Walking Squat
Jump narrow Jump wide
IN n OUT Burpees
Rear lunge and Sumo squat
High knee w/pause
Heisman
2 Curtseys w/ in and out quick feet
Burpee w/ FRONT KICK
Tucks and land in Squat
