Join me for a 25 Minute Total Body Strength Training Workout!

I utilized a 10, 15 and 20lb DB's

We have 6 exercises. We will complete 3 sets with rep ranges of 8, 12 and 15!

Upright Row to Shoulder Press
Weighted Lunges
Alternating Back Row
Squat to a Deadlift
Bicep Curl to a Tricep Lift
Pushup

***This workout does not include a cooldown.

Intensity: Low Impact
