𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐟𝐢
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 1 Bowl
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl
* Ghee(घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Milk(दूध) - 1-2 Spoon
* Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 1 Bowl
* Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1 spoon

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 1+1/4 Cup
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1 Cup
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 3-4 Pieces

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐟𝐢, in a pan, dry roast Sesame Seeds on a slow flame & keep them cooling down and grind them. In the same pan, add Ghee, Ground Sesame Seeds, Powdered Sugar, and Milk. Mix and cook all well and make a smooth paste. Then add Milk Powder, and Cardamom Powder and mix and cook well. Take a tray, place a butter paper, and put some chopped Pistachios. Transfer the mixture and plane it by pressing it. Let it be set properly for 2-3 hours. Then cut it into pieces and the very tasty and different Gajak will be ready.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨, in a pan, dry roast Sesame Seeds on a slow flame & keep them cooling down. Then grind them by adding Cardamom and grated Jaggery. Make laddoos and wrap with roasted Sesame Seeds/Till and enjoy!
