This week I fixed a
This week I fixed a super easy low carb, keto ground beef curry bowl! It was perfect for a keto lunch meal prep and we just reheated it throughout the week. I was heavy handed with the spinach in mine, as I needed an extra dose of nutrients and energy to get through our home-schooling days, but you could cut that in half if you’re not crazy about spinach. We also tried out and reviewed Marigold’s Vanilla Collagen Coffee, Protein Bars, and Fat Bombs as well as gave a super quick life update and thank you to our subscribers!
