If you like easy and quick cookie recipes, this is the perfect one for you! one of our Moroccan delightful homemade cookies! I learned this recipe from my MoM, and it seems like it is going to be viral and a sweet heritage! Guess what!!! My daughter loves these cookies a lot 😍
So, let's get started!
ingredients:
6 eggs
A pinch of Salt
2 Tsp of Vanilla Powder
1 Tbsp of Baking Powder
1 1/3 cup of Sugar
1 1/3 cup of Vegetable/Corn Oil
2 Tbsp of Butter
Zest of 1-2 lemons
2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp of Cornstarch (1/4 cup)
About 4-5 cups of All Purpose Flour
For decoration I used Shredded Coconut, Chocolate Sprinkles, and Toasted Almonds. You can decorate to your taste!
N.B:
* If you are trying this recipe for the first time, you can make only half of the listed ingredients above.
* Oven should be heated to 350F / 180C.
* Cook time: (15-20 mins for the individual cookies), ( 20-30 mins for the giant cookie)!
