When you're on the move, this healthy smoothie recipe is a great way to fuel your body for the day. Filled with rich antioxidant berries and other good-for-you ingredients, like kale and cucumber, this smoothie is a great source of energy. Sweeten to your liking with honey or skip sweeteners altogether to reduce total carbs. Ingredients for one serving:
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (like, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries)
1/2 cup kale
1/4 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP honey (optional)

Directions:
Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
