Make your own delicacy with CHEAP meat. Tastes better than store bought sausage.
Pork belly is a great appetizer, better than any sausage! It's also a lot cheaper than any other meat. The quality of modern sausages leaves much to be desired. I suggest you make a homemade version of natural ham that tastes better than industrial analogues and is made from natural raw materials.
Everyone will like this meat delicacy. It is very easy to prepare and turns out very tasty. This meat delicacy will look great on your table.
All spices based on 1 kg of raw materials. How to cook a delicious meat delicacy, see my video.
Recipe and ingredients:
1/2 tsp peppercorns.
1 tsp coriander seeds.
Salt 15 g per 1 kg of raw materials 50/50.
Salt - 7.5 g.
Nitrite salt 0.6% - 7.5.
Dry garlic - 0.5 tsp
Suneli hops - 0.5 tsp
Dry adjika - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Pork belly 1kg
cut off skin.
Cut into one long layer.
Rub all over with spices.
Roll up into a roll.
Put in the fridge for 24 hours.
Lubricate with adjika.
Bake at 100°C until the inside of the roll reaches 70-72°C
