Expressions Used:
1-
مُؤَخِّرة السيارة / mu2a5iret el-siyyara: the word "mu2a5ira" is the polite word to say "the a**/back of the car".
2-
تمدّ مَعي / tmedd ma3i: I mean "the case/ situation" will extend. so we don't translate the word "case", this is why we use the feminine verb تمدّ tmedd.
3-
جايي على بالي / jaayi 3ala baali: it's coming to my mind "I'd really like to"
4-
كأنّكُن دبَحتوه / ka2annkon dba7toh: as if you slaughtered him. I mean "as if you're hitting them"
5-
بيحطّو حَطَطي / by7etto 7atati:
literal: they put my put hahaha
context: they will stalk me to bother me in the future
6-
يا سادَة يا كِرام / ya saada ya kiraam:
saada سادة: is the plural of sayyid / سيّد which means "Mr"
kiraam كِرام: is the plural of Kareem / كَريم which means "generous"
we use them together to say "you all / guys / ladies and gentelmen"
7-
غير مُخَصَّصَة لِلمُشاة: is used in Fusha. We keep the Fusha expressions in transportation.
8-
بيجَنِّن byjannin: it makes you crazy / I mean "it's great"
9-
بتصيب الواحِد btseeb el-waa7ed:
صاب / بيصيب saab / byseeb: to hurt / to hit / to get into someone / to hit the goal
10-
بتجوهرو betjohro:
literal: you'll be like diamond
context: you'll look and feel great
11-
بتقعَدو عَ اللابتوب bte23ado 3al: of course I don't mean to sit literally on the laptop, but to work on it. We can use it to say "I'm sitting on TV as I'm watching it"
12-
أحسَن من الأوَّل / a7san min el-awwal:
literal: better than the first
context: better than before
13-
بيطَوِّل العُمر / bytawwil el-3umr:
it makes your age longer
14-
شَغلِة / shaghle:
it could mean any thing, according to the context: thing / story / case / situation ...
15-
بَطبِط قَلبكُن / batbet 2albkon:
we invent sometimes verbs from words to exaggerate things.
16-
شَغلات ما بتِنفُش / shaghlat ma btenfosh:
نَفَش nafash: is to blow someone's fat and belly.
17-
ملوكيّة / mlookiyye: from the word "malek / مَلِك" which means a king
18-
3azaab 3al faadi / عَذاب عَ الفاضي:
torture here means "a bother"
19-
2arsa / قَرصَة: a bite that is used to say a chill
20-
جَوّ / أجواء / jaww / ajwaa2: weather / atmosphere
21-
بتضيق خلاقي / btdee2 5laa2i:
literally: my nerves get tight
context: I get bored
22-
ثقافة التغيير / thaqaafet el-taghyeer: understanding and living in other cultures
23-
يروح و يرجَع / yroo7 w yerja3: to go abroad then come back
24-
بِ خير و فَرَح / bi 5eir w fara7:
literally: in goodness and happiness
context: to be good and feel happy
25-
حريّة اللبس / hurriyyet el-lebs:
literally: the freedom of clothes
context: freedom to wear whatever you like
26-
إعطي دَرس / e3ti dars: we give classes if we are teachers :D
