Tenderest beef lumps in an aromatic sauce with mushroom and green bell pepper cooked in Asian style will even hit the taste of most demanding foodies. Serve Asian- style beef with rice, pasta or boiled potato.

Ingredients:
• beef (thick, thin edge or tenderloin preferable) – 500 g
• mushrooms – 250 g
• ginger – 2 tsp
• bulb onion – 150 g
• green onion – 3 stalks
• green bell peppers – 2
• garlic – 4 cloves
• vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
• soy sauce – 100 ml
• sugar – 2 tsp
• corn starch – 2 tbsp (one level)                                                              
You will need:
• pan
• bowl  
• carving board
Preparation:  
1. Cut the meat into thin strips.
2. Add the soy sauce (leaving 3 tbsp of it for vegetables), 1 tsp of sugar, corn starch and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into the meat and marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the bulb onion and green bell pepper into thin strips, mince the garlic, grate the ginger and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
4. Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry the meat in two parts for 3 minutes over high heat. Lay the meat out into a bowl.
5. Add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into the pan and fry the bulb onion for a minute over high heat.
6. Add the bell pepper and keep frying over high heat for 2 minutes more.
7. Add 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and mushroom into the pan, stir and fry for a minute over high heat stirring constantly.
8. Add the garlic and ginger, stir and fry for a minute more over high heat.
9. Lay out the meat and green onion into the pan and stir. Asian-style fried beef is ready.
