When I went on a trip to Japan, I did a night shooting test with DJI Ozmo Pocket 3. It was cold due to the wind after the rain, but I walked to Kobe Meriken Park for testing purposes.
There was no screen covered by the construction of Kobe Port Tower, so I was able to see Kobe Port Tower properly.
Kobe Meriken Park is a place where many people visit because the night view is pretty.
The night view after it rained was another attraction.

The night view from the mosaic across from Kobe Meriken Park is also great, but it was too late on this day to get there.
If you have a chance to visit Kobe during your trip to Japan, I recommend you to enjoy the night view at night.
