- Pilates Workout with a Box -
This is a Level 1 Pilates Workout that begins with gentle movements for the body before progressing to standing leg exercises. You’ll continue to use the box as you shift focus to the abs, back and upper body for an effective Total Body Pilates workout.

The weights are 100% optional!
