Hello friends! I don't know about you, but I love canning. Today I have a delicious appetizer of tomatoes and cabbage.
You will need:
~ 5-6 kg. tomatoes
1.2 kg. cabbage
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
Spices can be added to your liking.
allspice 5-7 pcs.
black pepper - 10 pcs.
1 clove
horseradish
currant leaves
dill umbrellas
I make the marinade on the first water.
For a 1.5 liter jar:
100 gr. Sahara
50 gr. salt
1.5 tbsp 9% vinegar
Perfectly stored in the apartment.
In winter, open the jar and enjoy delicious pickled tomatoes and crispy cabbage! Yummy!
