Summer option!
I always start with frying:
Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables
2 onions
clove of garlic
salt
carrot
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp cream or sour cream
pinch of sugar

* I add some vegetables to the minced meat

I grate 1 zucchini, salt it and leave it for 10 minutes to release the juice, squeeze it out and add it to the minced meat.

600 g of any minced meat
greens: parsley, onion, sorrel
1 large tomato
spices:
ground black pepper
dried garlic
cumin optional

* I got 11 peppers 😋 - not enough)) Today I have peppers again!
