Super Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe

2 layer Chocolate Cake


Ingredients

All purpose flour - 2 cups
Unsweetened cocoa pwd - 1 cup
Granulated white sugar - 2 cups
Baking soda - 2/3 tbsp
Baking pwd - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Egg - 3
Buttermilk - 1 cup
Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
Warm water - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

1.Preheat oven to 350º F.
2.Butter two 9 inch round pan.
3.Whisk flour, cocoa pwd, sugar, baking soda, baking pwd, salt until combine.
4.Add egg, buttermilk, veg oil, warm water , vanilla extract. Beat on a medium speed until smooth.
5.Pour batter between the pans.
6.Bake for 30- 35 min.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream

Softened Butter - 1/2 cup
Softened Cream Cheese - 8 oz
Unsweetened Cocoa pwd - 2/3 cup
Milk as needed
Powdered Sugar -2 to 3 cups
Vanilla extract - 1tsp
