Brownie Loaf Cake | White Chocolate Chips Brownie | Almond Flour Recipe

For Brownie Loaf Cake:

All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Almond flour - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup
Turbinado sugar - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Egg -3
Buttery spread - 1/2 cup (straight from the fridge)
White chocolate chip - 1/3 cup

For Frosting:

Semi-sweet chocolate - 3 oz
Butter - 2 tbsp

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Butter or spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Line the pan with parchment paper.

2. In the mixing bowl, add all brownie loaf ingredients except the white chocolate chips. Mix until light and fluffy. Add white chocolate chips, mix well.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smoothing the top.

4. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.

5. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

6.. Allow to cool completely.

7. For frosting: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter. Let cool slightly.

8. Spread over the top of the loaf.

9.Slice to serve.
