I have made various flavours of cheesecakes in the past but so far this is my favourite. It's creamy, dense but not heavy, tangy, silky smooth, NO cracks and doesn’t even need any toppings as it is already delicious on its own.  

In this video, I shared several tips on how to make a perfectly baked cheesecake from  preparation of springform pan to mixing of all the ingredients. I used water bath method to ensure an evenly baked cheesecake with no cracks.

There's no better taste than a classic one and you won't stop yourself from coming back for more. If you're craving for simple yet elegant taste of a cheesecake, look no further as this is the only recipe you'll ever need.

INGREDIENTS:

➡️Crust
200g Graham cracker
80g unsalted butter, melted
25g granulated sugar

➡️Filling
600g cream cheese
180g sugar
30g butter
52g heavy cream
52g sour cream
15g cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
11g lemon juice
3 pcs eggs
