In this video I will show you how to make perfect kuska/plain biryani restaurant style in tamil.It is very very simple and easy to make. Kuska / Plain biryani rice is my favourite rice and easy to make.#kuska #plain biryani is filled with the goodness of very very less spices and coconut milk,you carve for more.You can also add potato ,fresh green peas,carrot to this rice but in my version I have not added any.Try this and I am sure you will make it again and again.You can have this with any veg/non-veg gravy or starters .
