In this video I will show you how to make street style egg kothu parotta recipe in Tamil using leftover #parotta. It is very simple and easy to make. Kothu parotta is the most popular street food in south India (Tamil Nadu,kerala,Karnataka,Andhra) and you can find parotta stalls across the street at stone's throw away distance.
In this video I have made Kothu parotta using parotta made with maida and chicken curry. You can replace maida parotta with wheat parotta/chappathi and chicken curry with veg curry/salna or any other gravy/kolambu. All combinations will taste heavenly and our taste buds will ask for more.
