Radiation measurement improving quality of life for cancer patients - TrueInvivo #HeroSeries

Around half the population will be treated for cancer at some stage in their lives. Funding from Innovate UK's Sustainable Innovation Fund allowed Dr. Shakardokht Jafari - founder of TRUEinvivo - to develop a radiation feedback detector that is placed inside the body to measure and track the patient’s response during treatment, delivering an improved survival rate and a better quality of life during treatment.
