Recipe:
Pork - 1kg
To cut in pieces
Pour into a bowl
Onions - 2-3 pieces
Cut into half rings
Pour into a bowl
Salt - 2 tsp
pepper to taste
Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
mix well
Leave on for 10-15 minutes
Potato - 500 g
Cut into thin slices
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
lay out meat
Distribute evenly over the entire surface
distribute potatoes
salt pepper
Mustard - 3-4 tsp
Yogurt - 3-4 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons
mix well
Apply a thin layer to the potatoes.
cover with damp parchment paper
Cover with foil
Bake at 200-210 C for 70 minutes
Cucumber -3 pcs
Tomato - 1 pc.
Red peppers - 1/2 pieces
olive oil
Mustard - 1 tsp
