Let us see how to troubleshoot internet connectivity issue on your mobile.
Follow the steps given to understand the possible reasons for internet connectivity issues and troubleshoot the same.
Step 1- Check if you have a 4G Compatible Handset. To do so visit Jio.com and check for your handset model in Select Brand. If your handset is not present, it means that it is not 4G Compatible. In that case, you can connect to Jio Network using a JioFi device or by a 4G Compatible Mobile Phone.
Step 2- Check if you have an active plan with plan validity in your account.
Go to My Jio App and select My Plans option. If you do not have an active plan with plan validity, recharge from a range of plans from the App.
Step 3- Check if you have already used your High Speed Data quota.
In that case, your internet speed will get reduced to 128 kbps. To continue enjoying the 4G benefits, recharge or buy Data Booster Pack.
To Enable Correct Data Settings in your handset to avoid internet connectivity issue.
Make sure you have the following settings in place.
1. Always keep your Jio Sim in Sim1 Slot
2. Select Network Mode as LTE/WCDMA/GSM auto
3. Data Roaming is switched ON
4. Mobile Data is switched ON
5. Mobile Data Limit Restriction is switched OFF
6. Flight mode is switched OFF
Now you should be successfully be able to connect to the internet.
