Sir Keir Starmer assembles cabinet for first time

It was all change in Downing Street today as Sir Keir Starmer assembled his cabinet for the first time - promising to "take tough decisions" with a "raw honesty".

Top of his agenda - cancelling the Rwanda deportation plan, tackling prison overcrowding and fixing what he called the "broken NHS".
