In general, I'm skeptical of artificial intelligence and how it changes the landscape of design. Echo chambers of sameness, a general dulling down of the childhood joy I felt sketching through geeky "prompt engineering" are two of the things that come to mind when I think of most of these new image generators. BUT, Vizcom.ai is interesting in that it utilizes your own initial thoughts and images/sketches as a base to iterate off of and create renders. This is interesting to me because it incorporates my love of sketching and a certain human touch, while allowing AI to show you possibilities of iteration. Let's create an Alfa Romeo concept, see how it works and hear my initial thoughts on using the tool!

Anyway, if you don't know, I'm Austin, an industrial designer with a background in footwear design and transportation design. I'm developing a design business and have a lot of fun ideas for it that I think you'll want to see. If you have any ideas on how I can make these videos better, please let me know in the comments!
