RAP | The History & Truth of Hip-Hop

This is the story of the origin of Hip-Hop music. Like I say in the video I could do hours of content on Hip-Hop as a culture and the history of how it all came to be, but I really wanted to focus on the origin of the music for this video.

Growing up I never realized how new Hip-Hop music is. I did alot of research on the history of the genre throughout high school and past years but only recently did I see the controversy surrounding the origin of hip-hop.

DJ Kool Herc, Afrika Bambaataa DJ Hollywood...the origin is highly debated but here is the history & truth of hip-hop.
