Russian Spetsnaz Special Forces Using Western Equipment In Ukraine?

A video has surfaced on Russian social media which appears to show Russian Spetsnaz attacking Ukrainian targets. Some of the footage includes combat swimmers conducting a limpet mine attack. Some footage is likely staged / from training, but it provides useful information. Caveats apply.

The Spetsnaz are using several pieces of Western supplied equipment including special breathing apparatus and diver scooter
