The dough of this snack is amazing! Everyone asks me for the recipe.
In this video I'll show you how I make my personal recipe for ham and cheese rolls. I'm sure everyone will love it!

Dough Ingredients:
- 500 grams of unleavened wheat flour
- 50 milliliters of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams)
- 1 egg
- 10 grams of dry yeast
- 200 milliliters of water
Crumbs Ingredients (Farofa):
- 150 grams of margarine (80% fat)
- 300 grams of corn starch
- 100 grams grated parmesan cheese
Stuffing Ingredients:
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of ham
- 2 tomatoes (no seeds)
- 150 grams of tomato sauce
- 150 grams of cream cheese
For finalization:
- 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- oregano
