Keema Naan Recipe:

Ingredients:

Dough:

-Maida(all purpose flour) 4 cups
-Egg 1
-Milk 1 cup(room temperature)
-Oil 2tbsp
-Yoghurt 3-4tbsp
-Dry active yeast 1tbsp
-Sugar 1tbsp
-Salt 1tsp

Cover & proof for at least one hour.

Naan filling:

-Onion 2 medium
-Ginger 1 inch
-Garlic cloves 8-10
-Green chili 3-4
-Minced Beef 700grms
-Coriander fresh handful
-Salt 1tsp
-Red chili powder 1/2tsp
-Crushed red chili 1tsp
-Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
-Cumin whole 1tsp
-Coriander powder 1tbsp

Chop altogether in the chopper.

Heat a griddle (Tawa) or pan and place
the prepared Naan on it.
Cook for 3 minutes. Now transfer the Naan to the preheated at 180°C oven to cook the top.
Cook for another 4 minutes until naan is golden brown.

Once it is golden brown from the top, transfer to a plate and brush with melted butter or ghee. Serve the hot chutney of your choice.
