Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Melted Butter 4 tbsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Warm Milk as You Required
Powder Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp

Stuffing Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Water 1 Glass
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Oil 2 tbsp
Amchoor Powder 1/4 tsp

Other Ingredients:

Egg 1
Sesame 1 tsp
Some Dry Plain Flour

Direction for Dough:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Powder Sugar, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well and then add Melted Butter and mix it with hands and then knead it with normal Warm Milk. Knead it for 10 minutes until perfect dough is ready. After that cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours or until it's rise.

Direction for Stuffing:

Step 2: Take a pan/pot and add Beef Mince, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Button Red Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Tomato and add some onion and add 1 glass of water and mix it and add oil and stir it and cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it for 5 minutes on high flame and then add remaining onion, Green Chilli, Garam Masala Powder, Amchoor Powder and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it. Your Keema Stuffing is Ready. Now leave it for become into room temperature.

Step 3: Before making bread, leave your microwave oven for preheating on convection mode for 30 minutes on 200c and then prepare your keema bread for this take dough and divide into 2 parts (You can make 2 Breads) and take one part and dust dry flour on slab and press it and rolling it and then filling the stuffing and cut it from all the edges (Watch my Recipe Video for understanding) and then folding this and spread egg and sprinkle Sesame and then bake it into preheated convection microwave oven for 25 minutes on 200c. (With Same method you can make second Bread) After that your Keema Bread is ready.

Note:
1: Oven Users can follow same timing and temperature for making this Recipe.
2: Patila/Cooker Users: Preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and then bake for 30 to 40 minutes on medium to low flame.
