Profitability Index (PI) on Excel - two ways

There are two methods of calculating the Profitability Index (PI).  One calculation assumes the decision rule is if the PI is greater than 1 you accept the project, another method assumes if the PI is greater than 0 you accept it.  This video demonstrates  how to calculate PI both ways on Excel using the NPV function.
