This is our version of Glazed Lemon Loaf Cake.

Glazed Lemon Loaf Cake
Yield: 6-8 servings

8 oz  butter
4 oz  cream cheese
8 oz  sugar, granulated
1/2 each  lemon zest
4 tsp  lemon juice
2 tsp  vanilla extract

8oz  eggs (about 4-5 eggs)

8 oz  flour, all purpose
1 tsp  baking powder

Lemon Frosting:
2 cups  confectioners sugar
2-4 tbsp lemon juice, fresh (this depends on how thick you want your glaze; add 2 tbsp for a thick glaze, 3 tbsp for medium thickness or 4 tbsp for thin glaze.  I added 4 tbsp on this video.)

-Bake at 350F for 1 hour to 1 and 15 minutes until  light golden brown in color.
-Let it cool down for at least 15 minutes before un-molding and glazing.
