INGREDIENTS:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Powdered Milk
6 eggyolks, large
1 cup Canola Oil
1 can Condensed Milk ( 380 g )
1 cup crushed cashew nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Oven used: Regular Conventional Gas Oven, adjust your temperature and baking time if using Convection or Electric Oven so it will not burn
Baking Temperature : 180 'C or 350 ' F
Baking Time : 45 - 50 minutes or until sides become golden brown
Baking Pan :  9 x 13 inches Jelly roll pan
Yield: 24 bars approx. 2 inches by 2 inches in size

I hope you get to try this recipe  ,  it comes as near perfect like the ones at Max's :-D The mixture prior to baking is really sticky, heavy and gooey so you need to get those corners of the pan really filled and levelled otherwise that part will be baked quickly & get darker in color.

*DIFFERENT OVENS VARY IN TEMPERATURE SO PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY
