Cauliflower florets - 17- 18 (Medium size)
Turmeric water - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Enough water for blanching
Mix and blanck 4-5 min.
Drain and pet dry over the kitchen towl.
For batter
Gram flour (besan ) - 5 tbsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Carom seed (Ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)
Green chili - 1 tsp (Finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - Some
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
oil - 1 tsp + for brushing
Salt - to taste
water - 2.5 tbsp or as required (Add gradually, make thick batter
