Relax back into this 50 minute guided yoga nidra journey deep into the forest to meet your animal or spirit guide. Yoga nidra is an effortless guided meditative practice that brings you into a deep light altered state of consciousness where consciousness rests at the level of the subconscious and where the body experiences deep regenerative rest. In this practice, you'll move through the layers of the Self using systematic relaxation techniques and journey deep into the forest where you will welcome in the company of your animal guide for wisdom, guidance, and protection. Find peace within this sacred sanctuary or inner refuge and trust in the company and wisdom of your animal guide to support you in any life's situations.
Find a comfortable place where you can rest, deeply. Adjust the volume of your head phones and relax back into the experience of just listening. Emerge feeling rested, restored, and renewed.
